ACQUIRE ASSETS OPPORTUNISTICALLY

Target and acquire primarily hospitality, office, retail, and multifamily/residential assets that exhibit one or more of the following characteristics:

  • Will be acquired below replacement cost.
  • Are located in primary and secondary markets.
  • Have “correctable” operational and/or physical deficiencies such as poor management, existing  vacancies or rollover exposure that, with improvement, will result in increases in net operating income (NOI) creating a profitable exit strategy.

 

ACQUISITION CRITERIA

HOSPITALITY

  • 100 to 500+ rooms
  • Full and select service
  • Top quality brands to include, but not limited to, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, and InterContinental affiliations.

OFFICE

  • Office buildings, including medical
  • Urban office
